I have SystemWorks Basic 2009 and NIS 2009. When I do an Express Cleanup with all the cleanup options enabled, the progress window does not automatically close when it is supposed to be finished, and the results window appears in back of the progress screen. When I manually close the progress screen I see that not all the internet files have been cleaned. If I uncheck the internet clutter cleanup option, then the progress screen closes automatically when cleanup is finished and the results screen appears as it should. In this case though, the Express Cleanup does not get a chance to clean up the internet clutter. The One Button Checkup which includes Express Cleanup does not seem to have this problem. I remember seeing a similar post here with an almost identical problem but I think the problem was not resolved.
Reinstalling everything in the correct order after using the latest Norton Removal tool corrected some other problems but not this one.
Any suggestions as how to resolve this problem would be appreciated.
