Norton Tech Support

SInce July 2021 or before, my VPN does not work.  Called Norton tech support 7 times.  Each time they have the case number from the previous call and they escalate the "Issue".   7 Times they have scheduled a call for 24 hours later.  7 times they have not called.   How can they be so terrible at customer service?

In addition to that, I received an unscheduled call from a very rude person representing himself as Norton Tech support.  He insisted that I give him my credit card to buy an upgrade.   I refused and he hung up.  I think Norton has been hacked themselves.

Who should I replace Norton with for virus protection?
