Hi everyone, new to this forum but a Norton user for 10 years. Here is my problem, I just got a new computer that has Windows 7 ultimate and it has 64bit instead of the 32bit, my Norton tool bar will not show up. I check for it in the tool bar menu and it is not even listed, yet I can come to Norton website as well as this forum and it is there. Is it because of the 64 bit that is causing this? I am not sure what to do and everything else seems to be fine as far as the Internet Security 2013 is concerned. I use the vault feature but it's not there on other website, any ideas? Thanks for the help..
