The Norton Internet Toolbar seems to randomly choose when to appear when I open new tabs. In one instance of the Chrome browser of the version stated above, some tabs will have the toolbar visible while others will not - even when some of the tabs require login information. Refreshing the page makes the toolbar reappear intermittently, but it is really annoying.
1. How do I get the toolbar to ALWAYS appear? Without resorting to random page refresh.
2. Is there any way to customize the toolbar so that only certain aspects of it appear (ie. I don't need the share feature for Facebook, etc.)?
I've run the "Get Support" Diagnostic in NIS 2013 and it says it cannot find any problems, thus directing me to the support website. The toolbar is functioning properly with IE9 and Firefox 17.0.1 on the same system.
