I upgraded to Firefox 19 yesterday and downloaded the patch for Norton 20.2.1.22 and the Norton toolbar and Identify Safe worked fine on FireFox 19. The problem was that my wife could not get into her user account. It said it was invalid. So I did a system restore. Now my wife's account works fine and I had to do a new update to Firefox 19. Now the Norton Toolbar is disabled in Firefox. It says Norton Toolbar 2013.2.4.2 is not compatible with Firefox 19. I have tried to run Live update at least 10 times and rebooted and turned off the computer and restarted but nothing seems to work. Does anybody have any suggestions.
