Are you using NIS 2009? You can try to reinstall NIS or try right clicking on the toolbar and seeing if Norton is there.
I am using NIS 2008... I tried looking for it under Toolbars and it doesn't show it at all....
Do I absolutely need to reinstall NIS?
Well your better off using NIS 2009 anyways. Your key will be good for it. NIS 2009 is 100 times better.
Okay, found the answer to my own question! All I needed to do was read the stickey at the top about the patch and live update. Now, my Firefox 3 is compatible with Norton.
That actually is only the anwser for NIS 08 users. Honestly your better off with NIS 09. Its a million times better and faster.
