I have narrowed down my problem to the norton toolbar being turned on in ie9 and firefox 15.1 causing my problems, or at least with ie9 for sure. With it turned on, my browser takes forever to comeup and then takes, as it is basically locked up but then is fine until trying to open up a tab and then it does the samething. This just started like this morning so I was just wondering if there was a problem with the latest update to the toolbar like there has been in the past causing people problems with their computers.
Just wondering if there is anything I can do or if anybody else is having the problem?
