I am running Windows 10 (64 bit) and Chrome (64 bit) with the prior and latest version of Chrome I am having a problem with Norton Toolbar (part of Comcast Norton Security Suite). When I access tv.xfinity.com to view live TV about 90% of the time when I select a program to watch I do not go to the live TV screen but only get sound of the selected channel. If I disable the Norton Toolbar I do not have this problem, so I have to assume Norton Toolbar is causing the problem. This problem happened before the Windows 10 anniversary update and after the update (the update caused me to reinstall the Norton Security suite).
