Norton toolbar causes both IE 10 and Chrome to become non-responsive on my Windows 8 PC. I have the latest version of NORTON 360. It started happening after I applied a patch received from a NORTON UPDATE.
The same issue is also happening on my Windows 7 laptop with the same version of NORTON 360 installed with IE 9 and Chrome browsers....again after installing a Patch that was delivered from Norton Live Update.
Once I disable the toolbar completely....the problem goes away.
Anyone know what is causing the problem?
