I have run LiveUpdate several times (unfortunately I have FF19 running, I made the mistake of trying to upgrade before becoming aware of the problems) and it says everything is up-to-date. However, my add-ons are still disabled (with no option to enable them) and their release levels are 2013.2.4.2 and 11.1.1.5-2, respectively. How do I get upgraded to the release levels mentioned in this string?
