After installing the update to Firefox 19.0.2, the Norton Identiy Safe toolbar no longer appears, I've gone to Tools>Add Ons, but it gives me a message that says that Identity Safe is not compatible with this version of Firefox, and there is no option to enable it either, I've uninstalled then re-installed Firefox 19.0.2 multiple times and again tried to instal the Norton Identity Safe toolbar with the same results, how can I fix this and why does this happen anytime there is even a minor upgrade to Firefox?
