My Norton Toolbar disappeared: Windows 7, IE10, NIS 20.3.1.22; 3rd Party Browser Ext checked; Enable Enhanced Protected Mode unchecked. At the Tools' Manage Add-ons all three Norton items appear disabled. (v20.13.3.3.19, NVP v11.1.0.0) Using right-click or the Enable button brings up the Enable window. Clicking that Enable button closes the window but does not enable. Same on each of the three Norton items. Questions/suggestions? Thanks.
