I have seen a discussion re problems with the Norton Toolbar not showing up in Chrome. I have read through Sunil_GA's Oct 6, 2014 email discussing solutions to the problem and none have worked. I have tried to uninstall and re-install the Norton Toolbar/Identity Safe and re-booted and still have the problem.
I am running Win10, Chrome Version 46.0.2490.80 m (which Chrome tells me is up-to-date), Norton Toolbar 2015.5.4.11 (which I believe is current) and I use the following Chrome Extensions: Google Cast and Dish Anywhere Video Player Extension in addition to the Norton extensions. The Norton toolbar icon shows up in the upper right hand corner but the toolbar does not.
