So the tool bar is not working right i have it installed Norton still says its not install inside Norton and the extension is slowing Facebook down half the time it will not work on that site i disable Norton toolbar and Facebook page loads fine, i'm not sure why this is happening i have latest google chrome version 58.0.3029.96 (64-bit) can someone help me fix this issue as with the happening to disable a extension all the time to use a werb page is about ridiculous and like i said its not working right something is wrong with it.
