Every so often ... varies ... I discover when I'm in a website and try to open the vault to edit settings and update something, the Vault and everything on that Norton toolbar is inactive ... nothing works. I have to reboot my system to get it going again. This usually happens when I'm on a url page that is asking for a login and I am sure that I've already created one but nothing is automatically filled in.
This isn't the only problem I'm having with this version of 360. Ever since Norton changed to the online vault instead of local machine vault, I've had one problem after another ... but that's a topic for another post.
If anyone has any clues for the non-responsive Vault or toolbar, I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks in advance.
