I live in Switzerland and have NIS purchased on line the Symantec UK.
I downloaded FF6 against my better judgment because I checked with the Norton forums and saw that I only needed to do a Live Update, reboot and all would be fine. Of course I must go through the same hassle each time FF has a new version.
Anyway, I have tried every thing and it does not work. I do have the latest version of NIS 11 etc.
Does living in Switzerland prevent me from getting the patch/update?
I do not know what to do - please help.
