Norton Toolbar displays on Chrome according to webpage content. I am happy to lock it on, losing a line of the browser screen, or lock it off and accessing according to need. The delay in display causes manual errors when inputting prior to the toolbar determining if it will display on the page. Is there a setting to lock it on/off?
