Norton toolbar in IE?

I would love to use Internet Explorer, rather than Firefox (recently slowing down seriously), but in IE I cannot hide the Norton toolbar (I just have to disable it, which I don't want). Is there any solution?

Dear Prasanna,

Thanks for your answer.

I already had tried this. Idially I would like to have the Norton Toolbar run just in the background and be invisible, like in Firefox. I still cannot move it out of the way enough, especially for a notebook screen.

How about Chrome, does Norton Safety minder and Norton Toolbar work with this browser? Is it really becoming such a popular browser? (I really need a fullfletched browser.) Unfortunately the new Firefox 7 is very slow with iGoogle on my old XP machine.

Cheers

Petr

Hi Pmasner,

For 2012 products support Chrome versions.

You current product which is N360 5.0(should be V5 only, right?) does not have chrome support.

Ya, google chrome is on the top 5 list of the most used browsers and that's the reason we have added the support in our 2012 products. And regarding safety minder, am not that much sure about Chrome support so I cannot any comment on that.

Our N360 6.0 product is already in Beta stage and its compatible with Chrome, don't ask me that when we will have N360 6.0 product released to public :smileywink: as i cannot say any comments on that part now.

Let me know in case you need any more info.

Regards,

Prasanna.
