Identity Safe installed with Norton Security with Backup. My Chrome version is 45.0.2454.85 but it keeps saying Toolbar is not installed. And as you can see on the top, toolbar appears, it's enabled and well... it sometimes works if I'm lucky.
Anyway to get this fixed?
