Norton Toolbar.. Is This Possible?

Hello.

In previous version of Norton, There was a Norton Toolbar on the taskbar. It let you know if you are protected.

My question is: Is this possible now (2009)? Can you create this toolbar?

Yes, I know the taskbar icon does the same thing.
