Not a big deal but anyway I will ask ... In the main GUI -> Identity card there are 4 items with their status, i.e. Safe Web, Phishing, Identity Safe and Norton Toolbar. All items are marked Enabled (in green) except the Toolbar where is stated Unknown (in red). Checking the IE settings, all Norton addons (Toolbar and Identity protection) are installed and enabled. Also the Norton Toolbar is seen in IE including the Norton search annotations in Google search results. In short, all works fine. However, as I don't use IE (my prime browser is Opera) I don't have setup Identity Safe.
So can be this the reason why Norton Toolbar is marked as Unknown? If not what might be the reason for that?
