With Norton 360 Premier 22.9.0.71, Norton Toolbar locks up IE 11 under Windows 10. Have to "End Task" in Task Manager. IE 11 runs fine if the Norton Toolbar is disabled. Have run Remove and Reinstall multiple times. RnR reverts back to 22.8.1.14 which works fine -- Toolbar loads and everything works. As soon as LiveUpdate pushes down the update to 22.9.0.71, the problem reappears. Disabling all other toolbars doesn't help. Disabling Windows 10 "fast Startup" doesn't help.
