HI, and thank you all so much for the help with my previous issue.
It seems that my Norton toolbar is missing with the safe search.
And I tried to log in to my account from the little icon with the green check, but am getting a message "We are unable to proceed with Norton Account at this time. Please try again later."
Any ideas on how to rectify these? I have Vista and FF 22.
