Norton Toolbar missing in Firefox after 17.7.0.12 update

I have a laptop running Vista and my NIS 2010 updated to 17.7.0.12 and now my Norton Toolbar is missing in Firefox 3.6.3.

I also have a desktop running XP and it updated and the toolbar is present and working fine on it. In the extensions list of Firefox Norton Toolbar is not listed but Noton IPS 2.0 is. All my other extensions are missing also.

 

How can I get my toolbar back?

 

ps This happens to my vista machine everytime an update comes out

I tried deleting the extension files but I still had the problem. I ended up backing up Mozilla files with Mozbackup then uninstalling Firefox, reinstalling Firefox and restoring with Mozbackup. Working normally now.
