Norton toolbar not showing green or gray colour on the extension icon on youtube.com

My norton toolbar suddenly isn't showing the little colour that appears below the tick on the extension icon. This is only happening on youtube.com. I've tried reinstalling but its not worked. Help is greatly apprecieated
