Win home 7--SP1 - Internet Expl 9.0.17 I tried going to explorer 10 but it crashed- I had to reinstall from backup- running explorer 9.0.17. Now - at times Norton toolbar is there (I want the vault). Other time notrton toolbar is not there.
Norton 360 is there as its own icon -but the toolbar doesn't always show up on Explorer 9
