Moved to Norton Toolbar/Identity Safe Board for better exposure.
Hello. We have Norton 360 and Google Chrome. However, one of the users on our computer has having problems with norton's toolbar on their browser. I've checked under "Extensions" and there is no sign of the toolbar at all. It works fine on other users profiles though. Is there a limit on how many profiles that Norton 360 covers with the toolbar? Is there anything I can do? Thanks!
If you've not been updated to the v32 Chrome release and the the Norton extension is not showing up at all in one (or more) of the Windows account (user login instances) you might try the "solution" suggestion posted here ...
... regarding dragging the Norton "Chrome.crx" extension from the Norton folder structure into the the Chrome extensions structure for each of the affected user accounts.
Note-1: This needs to be done while logged into the affected Windows user account. If the user account does not have Admin privileges they may need to be temporarily granted in order to successfully effect the file operation.
Note-2: The instructions provided in the posting are for the v20 version of N360 - If you have v21 installed, you will need to adjust the location of the Norton "source folder" accordingly.

Just be aware that Chrome v32 is just around the next corner. Hopefully when that starts being pushed to everyone, Norton will have a working Chrome store applet solution...

Norton Toolbar / Google Chrome 32 Compatibility issue
You have both IE and Firefox, so you could use them until the fix comes down for the toolbar in Chrome. If you would like to keep using Chrome, you can bookmark your most frequently used ID Safe sites, then login to your vault through the Norton Interface (below screenshot), and the login fields will be filled when using the bookmarks.
