I've noticed this happened twice already and I'm sick of it.
To explain, whenever I'm on chrome and doing my usual business, the Norton Toolbar will randomly "shut off", as in it stops being green. It makes it weary to go on other sites due to it shutting off the Web ID (the little "OK"/Norton Verified/Dangerous icons next to the websites when you go on a search) and I have to restart my laptop to get the dang thing back on.
I tried removing the toolbar and downloading it from two locations (the Google Webstore and the site that loads up asking you to install the Norton extensions for Chrome) and the Toolbar remains off. Keep in mind, when the toolbar "shuts" off, I can't even access the vault and clicking it does nothing.
Anybody have a solution to this?
