I use IE 9 latest version. The Norton Toolbar is showing disabled and I click to enable it but it won't. I have Enable 3rd party toolbars checked in the advanced internet options and the toolbar was working fine earlier.
I uninstalled Norton and reinstalled it and clicked the box for adding the toolbar. That didn't work. I had been having problems with Norton Family and was loading it again so not sure if that caused a problem.
Any ideas?
