I tried to change the password on one of the websites in password manager, but could not use 2 factor authentication, keep getting the message, (You have exceeded the number of allowable attempts to verify the security code. Please try again later). Also, having problems with the access codes, which it does not always accept. I have been told by the advisor on the phone, wait 24 hours and should be ok.
Question his, as anyone else been having this problem, when signing in.
Any advice would be appreciated.

but not happy with Norton Password Manager.
FYI The 2FA is not a feature of Norton Password Manager. It is invoked as part of signing into your Norton Account before logging into your Password Vault.
Your issue is with signing into your Norton Account.

Try to remove the secondary methods as well as trusted devices and then turn OFF the 2FA.
and then set the 2FA again.
Thanks for the reply. It started working again yesterday and then all of a sudden I got the message again, too many attempts. No failed OTP were made. At least the back up codes are working now, but not happy with Norton Password Manager.
Prompt to enter OTP, if failed consecutively for 4 times then you need to try after 24hrs. Else you can use Backup code if you have stored.
