I bought the Norton bundle that included Internet Security 2011 and Norton Utilities 15.0. The Norton Internet Security downloaded fine since my last subscription expired yesterday. But when I inserted the Norton Utilities disk and tried to download it, it said "Error while unpacking program, code 2. Please report to author." and it said that the activation didn't work. Any ideas to fix this so I can use this program???
