Norton Update Helper error status: 1603

I am getting repeated error messages - I am presuming that this relates to Norton Utilities.  I have had repeated reports every day since Norton installed on new hp laptop with Windows 11

Norton Update Helper

Problem: Unsuccessful application installation with date and time. 

Description
Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: Norton Update Helper. Product Version: 1.8.1649.5. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: Norton LifeLock. Installation success or error status: 1603.
 

Any ideas how to solve this problem please?

Try remove norton utilities Ultimate and then install norton 360 LifeLock hope thats work ther can be a problem ore conflight

Then try remove norton Utilities and see if that helps just a help

Hi, thanks for your comments.  

I am logged in as a Microsoft account showing 'Administrator' on the profile page.  Windows version as attached.

Copy of latest error message attached.

I am not specifically trying to install a product - I came across these messages through a reliability report when investigating a blue screen error.  I have installed Norton 360 and Utilities Ultimate.

Hello Robert. The error you are getting suggest that you are not logged into your computer with Admin privileges. What is your version of Windows and its build? What Norton product are you installing that is giving you this error? Please post a screenshot of the error into your next reply here. try norton lifeluck firste and then the other produckts maybe if thats work
