I have been with symantec/norton for many years and never had been hounded to upgrade to the horror as many others has.
My 2012 is fine and until they fix the other will stay but! being hounded many times a day to update to the new pos, I am going to look elseware.
Good work symantec on hounding people but if you put that much effert into this as fixing your newer one your product it would be the best.
