Nach dem herunterladen wird mir angezeigt: es wurde eine nicht validierbare Nortonkomponente gefunden und ich soll die Version deinstallieren?
Es gab ein update auf Mac OST 10.11.4 und ein weiteres update auf safari 9.1.
Wenn ich nun auf Norton gehen weil, um ein live update zu machen, stürzt norton sofort ab. In safari wird es nach wie vor nicht installiert.
Was kann ich tun? Die Norton Version scheint Fehlerhaft oder nicht mehr mit OSX 10.11.4 und safari kompatibel.

This happens from time to time. Never for very long.
Just keep checking and running Live Update manually, and eventually they will come down.
OMEGA70, please try again. I just ran another Live Update and it completed successfully. I checked History and it indicates a successful update to the Norton Reputation Revocation List (412.6KB). Must've been a momentary hiccup! Take care. 
OMEGA70, you're not alone. Since 2057 Central time in Oklahoma, my Norton Security is failing to update the Norton Reputation Revocation List. All other parts of the updates seem to be okay, though. Probably a "temporary glitch." I'm on hold with Norton Support; but I think I'll just "hang up" and sit it out--overnight, if need be. I'm sure it's probably a temporary issue, and one they're being "bothered" frantically about by many folks lol

Have you checked LiveUpdate after at least 2 hours? You will very likely find that one or more new updates will download and install. Common or frequent situation, in that sometimes some updates fail to download, but later, they do. (and also get installed).
