Why does Norton do upgrades that make their product NOT WORK! Since my last upgrade on 8/15, my ID safe no longer works. I have looked at some of the suggested thing that recommend fixing but nothing is working. My Firefox 11 does not have it enabled.
I purchased Norton to work, not for me to work on it. Symantec did the "Upgrade", they need to fix this issue.
Never again will I buy a Norton product, had this problem years ago and stopped using it. Started using a couple of years ago and have had nothing but issues, All caused by Symantec. If "Symantec" can not fix their up grade, how do I get a refund on the product I recently purchased. I refuse to spend hours working on their screw up, I just do not have the ability, which is why I Purchased their product in the first place!
