I want to sincerely thank all the people involved with the Norton Users Discussion Forum. The high level of involvement and support by the Symantec employees is definitely appreciated. Also, the many thousands of replies by fellow users is outstanding.
A few years ago, I gave up on NAV due to poor technical support (in my opinion). I said that I'd NEVER buy another Norton product! Well, as the saying goes: "Never say never"!
I think NIS-2009 is a very good product. Not "perfect", but very good.
My one recent question to Tech Support about NIS-2009 was not adequately or clearly answered (in my opinion). However, this forum is a significant part of my decision to give Norton another shot. I'll use it as my "first line of defense" and may not need to contact Tech Support. I've searched and have found the answers to several questions I've had.
