Norton Utilies - Uninstall and Reinstall on New Laptop

I plan to buy NU to put on two desktops and an old laptop, using up all three subscriptions. When I get the old laptop cleaned up I plan to get a new one running Windows 7. Can I uninstall NU from the old laptop and then reinstall on the new one? How do I do that?
