Every day when Norton Utilities runs a registry scan it keeps freezing at this point....
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{ff776cb60-2e68-101b-b02e-04021c009402}. It appears to have something to do with Adobe Acrobat.
We are running Windows 7 and have the full version of Adobe Acrobat 9 (distiller) used to create Adobe documents.
What action should we take to allow Norton to finish the scan. Waiting for a long period of time does not fix the problem.
