I am running windows vista home edition. Just downloaded Utilities 14.0 and everything works fine except for "Defragment Registry". When I run the program it completes the first phase but then I get a message "Norton Utilities 14.0 has stopped working. A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly". I have even tried running in safe mode but I get the same message.
The other question I have is that when I run Clean Registry, it ignores one problem every time. It relates to a file (?) Microsoft\FamilySafety. Is this normal?
