I am un-able to Open N.U. via the Task Bar or the Icon on the Desktop, so, in order for me to get it to Open, I need to Right-Click the icon in the Task Bar and select "Run Scan". It then Closes and then re-appears and only then can I double-click on it and am able to open the product. When I Open it, it is not even doing a Scan. Is symantec aware of this?
