Purchased NU online running on Win7 alongside N360.
Download appears successful and window appears saying click finish to begin Smart Update. Then nothing happens. this window cannot be closed, minimised or moved unless computer restarted. Needless to say, NU does not run either.
I reported via "chat" on Norton website and on two consecutive nights I had two guys running my machine remotely from India trying to sort the problem - they could not figure the solution and have escalated it to case manager...... still awaiting solution. Uninstalling/reinstalling has no effect. Any ideas anyone??????????
