I just installed and activated Norton Utilities 14 on my wife’s Windows 7 computer. Norton Internet Security is also on the computer and I do the signature updates at least once a day and scan the computer at least once a week.
As part of the installation, I ran the update and registry cleaning processes.
The Utilities icon is on the desktop. When I double-click the icon, I see the traditional change to the cursor for about 1 second, but the program does not start. The same thing happens if I go to the programs listing to start the program or double click nu.exe on the hard drive.
How do we make the program run?
