Norton Utilities 15 activation problem

Dear Madam/Sir,

 

i purchased NU 15 3 months ago. i have a key for this product for 3 PCs. Now, i have tried to download product and install my PC. İ could download NU 16. After installation, i have not activated the product with my NU 15 key.

 What can i do ?

If you have purchased Norton Utilities before 22nd of October 2012, you have purchased Norton Utilities 15.0. Make sure that you download and install the correct version of Norton Utilities that you purchased. You cannot activate Norton Utilities 16.0 using the activation code of Norton Utilities 15.0.
