Norton Utilities 15 and Windows 8 Pro

Sir/Ma'am,

 

Having issues with Norton Utilities 15 and Windows 8.  Norton Utilities 15 finds registry errors and appears to fix them, however, my system health continually shows medium.  I tried the autodetectPkg that Norton lets you download, but it doesn't work.  Is there a way to receive an upgrade/patch/fix, so Windows 8 and Norton work well/play well together.  It's useless to try to talk to the tech reps...must be a language barrier, or maybe I am not explaining myself clearly.  Not to mention the hold time trying to connect with a live person.  Any suggestions???
