Well I bought Norton Utilities a few months back when I renewed my Norton 360 service and ever since ive downloaded it till this day it hasnt worked. Everytime I go to open it, an error message comes up and it closes. I've tried redownloading it and uninstall and reinstall but it keeps doing the same thing. What is the problem?
