I just bought a new HP PC running Windows 8 (version 6.2 (Build 9200)). Installation of Norton Internet Security went fine and is working well. When installing Norton Utilities 15 it works to the where you need to click the finish button, which is supposed to Run Smart Update and Scan Your Computer. At this point, it just appears to be working (ie mouse cursor is showing that something's working) at this point it's not possible to use any of the open applications or restore the Norton Utilities installation process. The only thing I can do at this point is log off or restart the PC with ctrl-alt-del menu. I was able to uninstall Norton Utilities 15, but I'm hoping someone can assist me with getting it installed correctly and without error.
