I have been using NU15 for a few weeks now. Whenever it carries out a scan it finds the same problems (mainly shortcuts). I select to repair; it takes a checkpoint and declares the problems fixed - only they are not and a scan reveals them again! I have run it as administrator, but no difference. The product is registered. Any ideas please??
I had run smartupdate, but just did it again - it was up-to-date.
In the first week or so a scan did show no problems, but now it always lists the same 20 or so temp files/shortcuts and an entry for the Win7 Virtual PC which it has never managed to remove!
It isn't really a serious issue, but clearly something isn't correct with the way NU is running.

Sorry, I was a bit away, and could not read the forum for a week.
Can you please reinstall the product again, and do a scan/repair again? When you are done, and it could not remove these files again, please make a screenshot of it, and upload the picture here for us.
