Norton Utilities 15 stops responding

When I run a scan using Norton Utilities 15 it keeps freezing on a particular Firefox Profiles file called "7nigwsfd.default"

Any ideas what might be causing the problem.

 

I am thinking I might need to uninstall and reload Utilities 15.

 

The laptop is running Windows 7 Home Premium

instead of reinstalling Norton Utilities I would suggest to clean out that Firefox profile. Please try this out: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Managing-profiles
