I have renewed Norton Internet Security Netbook editon and purchased Norton Utilities 15 but my utilities app will not load
I have a netbook with Windows 7 starter (32-bit) with 1GB RAM, 1.66GHz and the required hard disk space but having installed the utilities programme when I try to run it, an error message states "Norton Utilities 15.0 has stopped working"
I have uninstalled both programmes and reinstalled. I have not managed to sucessfully launch utilities yet.
Any ideas what I need to do to get the programme to work. (Keep it simple please as I'm not too familiar with PCs and their operating systems!)
