Norton Utilities 16 needs Admin account?

I have had Norton Utilities 16 installed for a while. Every now and then, I go to do a Smart Update. Don't think it has picked up ANY updates in a while (two years??).

I have been able to do Disk Doctor checks and repairs, in the past. Latest was in March. Since then, NU doesn't seem to realize that I AM SIGNED IN with an ADMIN account. It is NOT "Administrator" or "Admin", but, my account IS setup as ADMINISTRATOR. How do I "Let" NU (any version) know that it is working with an Administrator account, and should be giving me the option to run ALL parts of Utilities??? I don't seem to have ANY parts of Internet Security NOT Active, because it "thinks" I am not on an Admin account.

I just recently had a spot go bad, on my drive... I was able to bring my computer back, but could NOT RUN the Repair System Disk, to see if there were other things to check on. Last time I  ran, was in March.
